Breast ReconstructionHow high does your lifetime risk of breast cancer have to be for a risk reducing mastectomy? Let's assume the patient has never had breast cancer and has no identifiable gene mutations, but has a lifetime risk of 42%. What is cutoff for insurance to cover it, generally speaking?

Scar improvement help needed
Skin Cancer RemovalI had Mohs surgery on my cheek about 5 weeks ago. Now that the swelling has gone away, the scar is noticeably sunken and not smooth across the cheek. Does anyone know of a plastic surgeon that would perform fat transfer specifically for this type of sunken scar as a treatment?
