How high does your lifetime risk of breast cancer have to be for a risk reducing mastectomy? Let's assume the patient has never had breast cancer and has no identifiable gene mutations, but has a lifetime risk of 42%. What is cutoff for insurance to cover it, generally speaking?
Is it possible for a new plastic surgeon to perform a revision mastopexy on me if they do not know the position of the vascular pedicles to my nipple areola complex from my initial mastopexy? I tried to get this information from the surgeon who performed my initial mastoepxy but like he is unfortunately withholding this information. Thank you.

I have Craniosynostosis scaphocephaly. I am an adult - 46 years old and I don’t know where to find help for this condition. I have possibly found a surgeon but for total cranial revault, it’s going to cost a lot of money. Do you know of any resources to help me fund this endeavor. I am a good father, good citizen, and balding so time is of the essence for me. Thank you for any time and information
